Prices: All prices are shown in Canadian dollars.
Pickups: You must be at your pickup location at least 10 minutes prior to departure as the motorcoach will depart promptly at the scheduled time. Please ensure that you notify Brewster of any changes to your pickup location to prevent being missed for pickup.
Changes to reservations: Changes to your tour date or pickup location can be made online up to 90 minutes prior to the start of the tour by logging in here. If you require assistance in making changes to your reservation, please contact Brewster at sightseeing@brewster.ca or by calling 1-877-625-4372.
Cancellations: Cancellations for Brewster Banff Airport Express made up to 90 minutes prior to the start of the tour will be fully refundable. All other Excursions are subject to individual cancellations noted in confirmation. Tours: Duration of tours may vary due to weather, traffic, road maintenance, and size of the group. While Brewster will endeavor to conduct the tour as indicated on the website, all tours are subject to change without notice.
Seating/baggage: Motorcoach seating is not reserved or assigned, it is based on a first-come, first served basis. Each passenger is permitted two pieces of checked luggage and one carry on. Any additional luggage is at the discretion of the driver, permitting there is available space. While we will make every effort to handle passenger’s luggage carefully, Brewster will not be liable for any loss, or delay of, or damage to baggage, perishable items, medicine, or other valuables. Brewster assumes no liability for property you may leave unattended in the coach either during or at the conclusion of the tour.
WiFiService: Brewster offers complementary WiFi (wireless internet) service on airporter coaches however we may not be held responsible for loss of service or outages during travel.
